Sleeping and Bath
Three bedrooms total: One king bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower). One queen bedroom and one bedroom with two double beds.
A second bathroom with shower is located off the hallway and serves the queen and double-bed room.
Kitchen and Dining
Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, cookware and dining area. Includes a large bottled water dispenser for general use.
Comfort and Living
Air conditioning throughout, ceiling fans, a spacious indoor living area, and an ocean-view terrace with seating.
Community Amenities
Outdoor swimming pool (open year-round), free onsite parking, Wi-Fi included, resident manager with daytime staff where optional airport shuttle or local transport can be arranged.
The Experience
Villa 6 is meant for slowing down and enjoying the setting rather than filling the day with activities.
Many mornings and early afternoons are best spent on the terrace overlooking the bay. Frigate birds often circle high between the hillside cross and the open sky, riding the thermals and gliding for long stretches without a wingbeat. Watching them work the air currents - and apparently take care of breakfast and lunch at the same time - is one of the simple rhythms of the place.
From there, it’s an easy walk to the beach, the pool, or along the shoreline toward town where the restaurants and small businesses are. Many people also use the informal shortcut - on foot or by motorbike - a well packed sandy trail that crosses a small creek and reaches San Juan del Sur in about 15 minutes.
The Villa
Villa 6 is a two-story townhouse-style residence of approximately 2,300 square feet, designed to take advantage of elevation, views, and natural airflow.
The home includes three bedrooms on the upper level, along with two full shower baths. The primary and main guest bedrooms are air-conditioned for added comfort, while the layout and hillside setting allow for natural ventilation throughout the home. The master bedroom opens to a private terrace with an elevated view across the gardens toward the bay — a quiet place for morning coffee or evening breezes.
The main floor contains the living room, dining area, and full kitchen in an open plan that connects directly to the outdoors through large sliding glass doors leading to the terrace. This level is also equipped with air conditioning when desired, while still allowing guests to enjoy the indoor–outdoor design. A convenient half bath is located on this floor, as well as a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.
Villa 6 is one of nine residences within Bahía del Sol. It belongs to a cluster of six villas arranged around the parking area and welcome center, and sits at the highest point of that group, giving it one of the best vantage points in the development.
The shared pool is a short walk away, as are the reception area and the path leading toward the beach and the town of San Juan del Sur.
